Where are the apartments?
In Bogotá: near El Dorado airport (9 apartments) and in northern Bogotá, near Calle 170 (4 apartments). Each location has its own page with the area and directions.
How much is a night?
From $ 80.000 per night. The exact price depends on the dates and the number of guests, and you see it in full when you choose dates on each apartment. Long stays get a discount: up to 2% from 7 nights and up to 5% from 28 nights.
What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is until 10:00 AM or 11:00 AM, depending on the apartment. Check-in is self-service: we send you the instructions before you arrive.
How many nights is the minimum stay?
From 1 night. We also rent by the week and by the month.
What do the apartments include?
All include wi-fi, tv, bed linens and towels, refrigerator and hot water. Each listing details what it offers.
Do you allow pets?
In some apartments, yes (each listing says so), with a one-time fee from $ 65.000 per stay.
Is there parking?
In some apartments, yes: visitor parking inside the complex: 3 hours free; after that, security charges 1,000 COP per hour, and the count restarts each time you leave and come back in.
Can I cancel my reservation?
Yes, according to each apartment's policy, which is shown before booking. The most common one is the non-refundable policy: once the reservation is confirmed, there is no refund if it is cancelled, changed or not used.

Do you work with companies and issue billing statements?
Yes. We host company staff by the night or by the month and, at the end of each stay, we issue the billing statement; we also consolidate account statements.
