Do I need a code to book?
No. Anyone can book. The partner code, if your clinic or company gave you one, gives you a discount when you book at that partner’s location.
Can I cook in the apartment?
Yes. Every apartment has an equipped kitchen with a fridge, stove and cookware to prepare your own meals.
Where are the apartments?
In two areas of Bogotá: near El Dorado airport and in the north of the city, in the La Granja Norte complex (the 170th street area).
What if my dates change?
Every booking shows its cancellation policy before you pay. If your dates change, write to us on WhatsApp and we will help.
Do you provide health services?
No. We are only lodging: we do not provide health services, we do not recommend doctors or procedures and we neither ask for nor keep health data.
